  3. Date: Friday, June 9th, 2023 Facebook page: here. Twitter: here. Instagram: here. TikTok: here. WRITING I know, I know, now days no one reads anything unless it's a meme. However, some of us like to express our thoughts through writing. I always have, and I always will. One of the most therapeutic things I can do for myself is to pull out on of my huge black books, and write in my journal. I got these on Amazon, and I love 'em. I have a couple of really nice pens too. Well, not REALLY nice but they were about $30 or $40. I love the way they write. I've done this since I was probably about 13. When I was a kid, my step Dad insisted that when they got home (5:00), I go to my room to "study". I would have to stay in there until bed time, (9:30) so I wasn't allowed in the living room to watch TV or hang out with the family. I NEVER GOT TO WATCH TV WHEN I WAS A KID. Any free time I had was usually for yard work. I've resented my Mother to this day that she allowed him to do that. And I still pretty much consider him an asshole, even though they got divorced, and eventually got back together. They never remarried. They live together, and the only redeeming quality I really have to say is that he's stayed by her side through her cancer, and remains with her. Aside from that, I don't really care if he's on the planet or not. It's interesting when you become a parent, because you don't want to do anything that YOUR parents did to you to fuck you up. It's one reason why we've given Cash so much freedom. That freedom has turned in to him making excellent decisions, and becoming incredibly independent. I cannot IMAGINE making him go in to his room and not coming out to hang with us, to talk with us, for us to help him through things, and have an open line of communication. It was NOT like that in MY house. There was ZERO communication about ANYTHING going on in my life. I guess it's why deep down, I'm a loner - and it also explains my insane sense of humor - for attention. Not crying about it, but that's the reality. A lot of comedians are that way; they had fucked up childhoods and if you get them talking, really talking, they'll tell you they have been seeking validation, attention and praise for their entire lives. I'm no different. So while I was in that room, one of the only things I could do to express myself was to write. No internet in the 80's. I wrote everything from sci-fi short stories, to my life stuff, to kid's stuff - and everything in between. The closest person I had in my life was my Grandmother. I used to go over to her house a lot on the weekends. I guess ROBERT and my Mother loved to get me out of the house, so they could get hammered together in peace. So dysfunctional. She was the only person I would let read my writings. She was the only person that knew I did it, in fact. She encouraged me to be a writer. She got me a typewriter once, so that I could start taking it more seriously. In High School, my English teacher encouraged me to write. That was the one class where I paid very close attention, and I loved it. When we had book reports, I CHERISHED sitting down and giving my thoughts and opinions on the books. I LOVED vocabulary. Learning new words and how to use them was exciting. I even loved diagraming sentences. NO ONE LOVES DIAGRAMING SENTENCES. NO ONE! So, I think the self expression in writing is what eventually lead to my love of radio. The two are different, but they are alike in some ways. Writing is much more soothing, because you can spend time thinking before you actually write. In talk radio, you may know generally what you're going to say, but it's rapid fire, and your brain always has to be 2 thoughts ahead of what you're saying in the moment. Also, writing for yourself is entirely different than writing for others. When you write for yourself, with no intentions of other people reading it, you truly begin to understand a LOT about yourself. Things come out that you've perhaps never really sat down and took the time to think about them. ALIEN LIFE Over the past few years, there has been an abundance of stories about unexplainable phenomenon. Let me back up, there's always been a lot of stories about unexplainable phenomenon - however - there are more and more valid stories coming out, along with pictures, videos, and stories from dependable sources/people. That doesn't mean I believe it all, far from it, but I think it's worth paying attention to. I'll eventually get to why I think it's worth paying attention to in a moment. In 2004, there was a training mission going on with the aircraft carrier, the USS NIMITZ. A U.S. fighter pilot and Navy Lieutenant Alex Dietrich was flying, and she had her commanding officer in the back. The Nimitz reported to them that they were seeing an object on radar making insane moves, and told them to go find it and report their findings. She first remarked that she saw an unusual "churning" of the ocean, and then saw an oblong object resembling the shape of a Tic Tac. It was flying at an incredible speed over the water. It made some crazy moves and then it plunged into the sea. The problem is, or the curious question is - HOW DID IT MOVE THE WAY IT DID? It defies what we know about aviation. It had no propulsion system. Watch his account of what happened. Here is a summary of both of their accounts on 60 Minutes, in case you didn't see it. Here is the raw footage: The following is a quote from the NCBI on the movement of this craft: Now, an experienced pilot can withstand up to about 9 G's for a few seconds. This craft in those videos was pulling between 100g to 1000g's - and with no sonic boom. No, this isn't definitive proof that it was an alien craft, but to think that somewhere on Earth, we have that technology - is pretty far fetched. On to the next story, and this is making the rounds. I'll show you the video, but what's interesting about this particular story is that it was corroborated by an officer who saw a blue light flashing down to the ground just before the family made their 911 call. He actually got it on his dashcam, and they show it in the story. And again, no definitive proof that it was true, that aliens exist, or that the flash of light was an alien aircraft. Read the story here for yourself. The 2 stories above have been making the rounds all over the place for the past week. A scientist recently put all of this in to perspective perfectly. He said, "If you wonder like many people do as to whether there's life other than us in the Universe, let me put it into perspective for you. It's almost impossible for a human to understand the vastness of the Universe. So here's a simple way to visualize it. Get a cup, take it to the ocean. Get in the water and scoop up a cup full of water. Did you get any fish? No, you didn't. That's as much as we can see of the Universe. Think about how many cups you'd have to scoop before you got a fish. So yes, the probability that we are not alone is about 100%." So, getting back to why I think it's worth paying attention to. I'd love to see your comments on this. Let's say tomorrow, we wake up and every news outlet has live footage of a space craft that's landed, and the alien life forms are out walking around. They're 10 foot tall, huge eyes . . . BIZARRE looking. We have proof. Actual physical proof. With that knowledge, how does it change humanity? How does it change ALL Religion? Humanity would be changed in ways we can't even fathom, should be know and learn of alien life forms, that exist. Thoughts?
  4. In this show, Kramer talks bluntly as to why there is so much backlash against the gays. It's PLAIN SPEAK - IT IS THE TRUTH, so leave your feelings at the door. We hear an interview done with LIA THOMAS, the trans swimmer. We talk about the cost of living vs. the average salary in America - and how backwards that shit is. Chris Christie announced his candidacy for President, and Kramer endorses him, yet tells you the very simple reason why he won't be President. Listen to the show on iHeart here. 7. This will be a very short blog. I do voice over for a living. I have done voice overs for everyone from a 16 year old in his basement doing a podcast to doing a spot that ran in the Superbowl. Sometimes someone orders something that's so out of left field, and I sit here giggling to myself like a 7 year old. A dude paid me $65 to do this today: The Kramer Show · A guy paid me $65 to do this today. 516 big small talk bumper.mp3
  8. THE HUB How are my people? I love you. So let me explain something to get it out of the way. This is basically my website. I've had it for YEARS and never use it. Over the past few months I've had ideas about some things I want to do - and as you probably are tired of hearing me talk about it - SUNDAY STRIPPED - is one of them. Well, I have other things I want to do under the "KRAMER" umbrella. One is a podcast with bad ass content called Kramer Unleashed. I have another idea for a show for radio and online radio - which isn't just a weekend show. You can see the name of it here on the site. But I'm not saying what it is yet. This is just such an easy way to do what I want to do. I can't have a million accounts for everything I want to do all over the place. First, it's ridiculously expensive, and also, fuck me - it's just too much for anyone to keep up with. This site will be the HUB for ALL of it. Plus I want to start writing a blog, and this is absolutely 100% for damn sure the easiest way to do it. Plus I can have pictures, video, audio, all of that stuff all in one place - which you can't do on Facebook. BTW let me know how it looks on the phone, because I don't do anything on the phone, I do everything on a computer. I'd love for you to sign up and post, but this will be linked to Facebook and everywhere else, so it isn't really necessary to push people to post here. I'd love it, but that's not reality. Anyway, more to come on all of this stuff. I really would love for some people to TALK about the music on Sunday Stripped on social media. BTW the numbers for that show are INSANE! INSANE! I'M DOWN For those that don't know, I do voice over for a living. I do so so so many types of stuff. The majority of the stuff I do is for podcasts. The podcast World has just blown the fuck up. EVERYONE has a podcast. I also do them for people all over the World. I've done podcast voice work in 46% of the Countries on the planet. Above is the graphic to prove it. Anyway, this dude wrote me a long letter about how he's trying to get sober. He's tried suicide once and failed, went to a loony farm, and then his family made him go to rehab. In rehab he came up with the idea to do a show about his substance issues and his suicidal thoughts. In that letter, he says he still has self harm impulses and has the worst self-esteem, etc. I VERY rarely go back and forth and actually talk to clients, but I couldn't help it. I have an extremely unpopular opinion on suicide. My Wife has 2 Brothers that committed suicide, and it's ripped the hearts out of the family. I've seen what it does, and it makes me angry. If you're feeling fucked up in the head, feeling completely hopeless, down all the time - whatever - GO FUCKING SEE SOMEONE. There's this stigma around MEN being depressed. Men feel like they're pussies if they're down. And once you let yourself get to the point of planning out how you're gonna do it, and you refuse to ask SOMEONE for help, it's essentially over. I understand the chemical imbalance issues, the genetic issues, some of the science behind depression, anxiety, etc. But here's the thing, there are other people to live for. It's not just about you. In your darkest days, there is someone somewhere that loves you - and if you take yourself out of this World, you are scarring them forever. Most often, there are children, Mothers, Fathers, Aunts, uncles, Cousins, Friends, co workers, etc. that are left behind to grieve over your shitty decision for the rest of THEIR lives. So yes, I DO have the opinion that suicide is selfish. It's EXTREMELY selfish. We ALL have issues, problems, things we don't talk about at parties; we're ALLLLL going through something heavy - and if we aren't now, we will be at some point in the near future. I grew up in the Church and I also have Religious points of view on suicide, but I think I've done enough damage at this point. Anyway, the client and I had a long conversation back and forth and during that conversation I found out some amazing things about the man and related that back to him in a way that showed him a complete stranger can see his worth in a brief chat online, and if I can see that, then he needs to show those attributes to the rest of the World to help other people. Please learn to love yourself. And learning to love yourself isn't about posting fucking memes on Facebook. Do the actual WORK, and believe me, it takes a LOT of work. THE DONALD Wellllllll, here we are. A jury finds Donald Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation. He's been ordered to pay $5 million to E. Jean Carroll. Supposedly they were in Bergdorf Goodman's department store right across from Trump Tower. The Donald showed up, and E. Jean was working there. He supposedly asked her to show him some things, and during that he shoved her into a dressing room and shoved his fingers in her vagina, and then penetrated her. This was in 1996. No police report. No video. No pictures. Nothing. And here we are TWENTY SEVEN YEARS LATER, and now this. Now. I cannot stand Trump. I'm a proud Conservative Republican. I lean to being a moderate if you really want to get down to it. There's a few things I lean a lil Liberalish on. Is that a word? But I would never vote Democrat. If Trump is the candidate, I won't vote. If Trump and Biden are the candidates again, my God Damn head will explode, but that's for later. Trump is a cunt of a human being. I hung in there through impeachments, through the wall horse shit - which was a PROMISE he made a million times during campaign rallies - and I SAID AT THAT TIME the wall would never happen and that he was lying. I have audio from the campaign year of me calling him a liar about that. Anyway - I was on the Trump train until Covid. He had an opportunity to win over this Country like no one has since Bush stood at the fallen towers and said on a bullhorn, "I can hear you. The rest of the WORLD can hear you." We fucking adored him at that time. His approval rating was something like 91 or 92 for that period. Trump had that opportunity, but he failed, and he failed miserably. I view him as basically nothing more than a narcissistic, conniving, power hungry, ego driven wannabe - who's fooled a lot of people. Having said that, it's truly absurd to me that someone can be found liable for something just because a woman said something happened 27 years ago. 27 years later she gets $5 million? I would allow someone to shove gardening equipment in my ass for $5 million. Just saying. "Even War has rules. Politics does not." What a time to be alive. I love you guys. A lot more fun shit coming. GOOD STUFF COMING! I want all of you to come along for the ride. God Bless you one and all. Kramer

  12. Back in 2004, I was doing the morning show in Little Rock, Arkansas at the shitty rock station there. I started a message board, and on that message board I had a blog called "The Daily Dump". I spent hours on that thing every day. I wrote and wrote and wrote and wrote. It got a massive following, and the more people reacted or posted in it, the more it fueled me to write. I love the format of message boards over regular social media because you can easily add pictures, video, etc. Furthermore, I'm bored to death with social media. I would ASSUME a lot of YOU are bored with it too, because instead of communities of people sharing thoughts and ideas on real stuff, it's all become so watered down. I know I bitch about it a lot, but I seriously cannot understand why pictures of food, constant memes that say the same thing, and people spewing their same old, tired political view on the same subjects over and over and over again - can be of consistent entertainment for ANYONE. What I really want to do is to build a small community of people that think alike. If it winds up just being 20 people who really GET each other, I'm SO COOL with that. SO cool with that. With that said, I'm bring this website back to life. The homepage is www.tksradio.com - it takes 10 seconds to register. On this board, you can be anonymous if you want, and you can say what you want without the fear of being banned. I'm not trying to be Facebook, but for our little community, we will allow each other to say what's on our fucking minds. This is the front page as of right now: Let me know what you think, and let me know what you may like to see in addition to what's there now. www.tksradio.com Last June I quit my radio job. Follow me on this. I was waking up at 2AM. I'd fly to the station, prepare for the show and create content until 6. Then I'd do the show based on the owners political opinions and viewpoints, get off the air at 9. Then I'd take care of programming stuff, and then fly home to do voice over work. All day long I was working until I went to bed. I started making serious money doing voice over - so one of them had to go, and the shitty talk show is what went. Now I only do voice work, and I make more money than I've ever made in radio. Following? If I were to take a stopwatch and click it every time I start working (from home) and click off when I'm done with a project - and did that all day, do you know how many hours I'd wind up having worked? 1 1/2 hours. Think about it, I'm almost making 3 times the money I was in radio - all in 1 and a half hours per day. Hey that's awesome though, right? I MEAN HELL YES! Who wouldn't want that? But what do I do? I've started reading. Okay great. I have the motorcycle. Okay super. I've never been this bored in my lifetime. I'm built to always have something going on, something in the background, something to think about, something to do, goals, hurdles, snap snap snap . . . And there is ZERO of that right now. I'm trying to think of another business to start, but so far nothing that's standing out to me, screaming for me to do it. I do love doing the podcast - even if the content is always under ten minutes. It's fun and I have some other ideas on that front, but even that is kind of boring because no one ever responds. Thoughts? Ideas? Any of you have the same problem? 500 National Guard troops on standby as closing arguments set for Kyle Rittenhouse trial Kramer Komment: I'm a little torn on this one actually. If you look for trouble, and then you FIND trouble, you cannot cry about the outcome. This idiot went there specifically looking for a reason to pop off and do what he eventually did, which was to shoot people. Was he defending himself? Yeah probably, but he went LOOKING to be threatened. He went specifically looking to try to be Billy Bad Ass. HAVING SAID THAT - does he deserve to be in prison for the rest of his life? Probably not. I'm a little astonished by how this has turned in to a race thing when all the people shot were white. Pretty crazy that yesterday the Judge dismissed the underage gun charge. I REFUSE TO GO ALONG WITH THIS Kramer Komment: NO NO NO NO. You will not convince me Pete Davidson is one of the sexiest men alive. Just because he's been banging Kim Kardashian doesn't mean shit. I don't care if his shclonger is 37 inches long, he isn't a great looking guy, and he isn't really that funny. What Planet am I on? Okay that's enough time on this stupid ass story. Carry on... New Hampshire high schooler allegedly suspended for saying there are ‘only two genders’ sues school district A New Hampshire student-athlete is suing his school district after he was suspended from a football game for allegedly expressing his views that there are "only two genders." The interior of Exeter High School (Google Maps) The lawsuit, filed in Rockingham Superior Court on November 4, alleges that the September suspension violated the student’s constitutional right to free speech and the New Hampshire Bill of Rights because he expressed his religious beliefs. Exeter High School (Google Maps) The plaintiff is also aiming to block the enforcement of Exeter High School’s gender-nonconforming student’s policy because of what he says is its infringement on his First Amendment rights. High school computer lab. (ehs.sau16.org) Fox News has reached out to Exeter High School, which referred all questions to the school district. The school district did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment. The district’s policy on transgender and gender nonconforming students "requires that all programs, activities, and employment practices be free from discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity." ------------------------------------ Kramer Komment: We live in a time where a person who argues that there are only TWO genders is punished. Do you ever just look around some times and just say, "HOLY FUCK!" How did we get here? Ping. Ding. Chirp. Notifications Are Driving Us Crazy. With workplace tools multiplying and personal messages creeping in, it can be hard to get anything done Wait, what was that one? J.J. Cooper has become fluent in interpreting the cacophony of notifications emitted by his phone and computer each workday. But this ding was different. “It was that needle-scratching-on-a-record kind of sound where it’s like, wait a minute,” says the 49-year-old, who edits a baseball magazine and website in North Carolina. “I was like, no, I have to find out what this thing is.” He trawled through 20 open tabs. But it took him a while to find the culprit. “Another notification distracted me,” he says. We’re on alert overload. Stray comments and offhand requests once shouted across the office now blink and buzz at us from Microsoft Teams and Slack. Our communication has grown fragmented, spread across myriad apps we have to learn, conform to, remember to check. Meanwhile, personal texts and social-media mentions have bled into the workday after all this time at home, adding another layer of distraction to our time on the clock. Why put your phone on silent if the boss isn’t hovering over you? Our culture has evolved to accommodate rapid communication, says Gloria Mark, a professor of informatics at the University of California, Irvine, and it can be mentally taxing. Many of us struggle to conjure up that brilliant thought that hit right before the notification burst in. “Your memory is just overflowing with information,” she says. It doesn’t make for great circumstances for getting work done, but there are ways individuals, managers and organizations can contend with the onslaught. Dr. Mark’s research finds people switch screens an average of 566 times a day. Half the time we’re interrupted; the other half we pull ourselves away. Breaks—even mindless ones like scrolling Facebook —can be positive, replenishing our cognitive resources, Dr. Mark says. But when something external diverts our focus, it takes us an average of 25 minutes and 26 seconds to get back to our original task, she has found. (Folks often switch to different projects in between.) And it stresses us out. Research using heart monitors shows that the interval between people’s heart beats becomes more regular when they’re interrupted, a sign they’re in fight-or-flight mode. The onus is on teams and organizations to create new norms, Dr. Mark says. If individuals just up and turn off their notifications they’ll likely be penalized for missing information. Instead, managers should create quiet hours where people aren’t expected to respond. “It’s a matter of relearning how to work,” she says. Matt McDonald has tried. Last year, his company encouraged everyone to test out muting Slack notifications. The 36-year-old, who works for a digital agency in South Carolina, made it a couple of hours before caving. ‘It’s a matter of relearning how to work.’ — Gloria Mark, a professor of informatics at UC Irvine “I’d keep checking just to make sure I’m not holding anybody else up,” he says. “No matter what, I keep crawling back to the notifications.” He dreads having a pile of work waiting for him if he lets up for too long. And no matter what his bosses and colleagues say they expect, he can’t shake the idea that Slack messages are supposed to be addressed instantaneously. “There’s this feeling that someone sent this to you and they’re waiting for this response that has a ticker counting down,” he says. Emily Parks, a productivity consultant in Raleigh, N.C., says some of her clients are energized by hopping back and forth between tasks. She recommends they turn off notifications for 25 minutes to focus, then take a five-minute break afterward. Those with longer attention spans should aim to hunker down for 52 minutes, then take a 17-minute break. The key to safely logging off email or Slack for a stretch is being transparent, she says. Tell your boss you really want to be able to focus, and ask what they think is a good frequency for you to check messages. Set an appointment on your calendar at first, and you’ll develop a habit. “You are in control,” she says. And keep your clicks to a minimum. Tools like Apple’s Mail app can amalgamate all your email inboxes in one place, Ms. Parks says. Most of her clients receive 300 to 500 emails a day, across multiple accounts. Platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer can roll together various social-media mentions. Sometimes the problem isn’t even yours, technically. Kelly Mayes, a public-relations professional who has long worked from home, hates notifications. “They just make me insane,” she says. So she turned all hers off. Then, in March 2020, her husband started working from their Franklin, Tenn., home as well. Turns out he likes keeping his volume up, and he gets about 10 Slack notifications every five minutes. “I was like, ‘Hey, that knocking sound, you like that? That works for you?’” Ms. Mayes says, referring to one of the platform’s distinctive audio alerts. She felt her anxiety flare reflexively with every ping. “It was a different company—totally not my problem. But it brought me back into that place of, ‘Everything’s on fire, something needs my attention.’” She took to wearing AirPods and listening to an audio book or music during the workday. And she convinced her husband to turn off notifications when he’s working in more central parts of the house. Shawn J. Burke tried to eliminate notifications he felt were useless (ads from Uber) so he could focus on the ones he can’t miss (when does that meeting start again?) But recently, he was greeted with a new phantom beep. He couldn’t even figure out which device it was coming from. “I’d move to another part of the house and bam, it would pop up again,” says Mr. Burke, who lives in Garden Grove, Calif., and works for mortgage-technology company PhoenixTeam. He isolated his Samsung watch, which he had recently reset, in the bathroom. After 48 hours of fiddling, he was eventually able to diagnose the issue: a default to factory settings he had inadvertently triggered. He felt victorious. And yet, surveying his collection of seven work and personal computers, phone and watch, he sometimes wonders if it’s all worth it. “This was all supposed to make our life easier,” he says. ------------------------------- Kramer Komment: I have completely turned my phone off. If my Son is away somewhere and Christy isn't here, I'll turn it on - but otherwise, it is off. I do not have Facebook or any social media hooked up to it either. You MUST leave it alone and take a break from it. The numbers about how often someone looks at their phone is fucking ridiculous. Millennials spend over 200 minutes per day on their phones.

  20. CLICK PLAY BELOW TO HEAR THE KRAMER KOMMENTARY There is no backing down from Gwen Berry even as the criticism poured in this week over her decision to turn her back on the podium while the national anthem played at U.S. Olympic track and field trials. Berry on Wednesday responded to a tweet demanding her to respect the flag and the national anthem. The Olympian hammer thrower said her goal is just to compete and bring home gold for the U.S. Her demonstrations have led to calls from conservative voices for her to step aside. Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas., and Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Sen., have been among the loudest voices. Berry has received support from many on social media, including Olympic legend Michael Johnson. Berry made the Olympic team as a hammer thrower after finishing third last weekend at the trials behind DeAnna Price and Brooke Anderson. She drew scrutiny after she turned her back during the national anthem. She then draped a shirt with the world "ACTIVIST ATHLETE" over her head as "The Star-Spangled Banner" played. Amid scrutiny and boisterous claims she shouldn’t be representing the U.S. in the Games, Berry fired back in an interview with the Black News Channel on Tuesday. "I never said that I didn't want to go to the Olympic Games, that's why I competed and got third and made the team," Berry said "I never said that I hated the country. I never said that. All I said was I respect my people enough to not stand for or acknowledge something that disrespects them. I love my people. Point blank, period." On her decision to turn away on Saturday, she said at the time she was upset with the timing of the anthem. "They had enough opportunities to play the national anthem before we got up there," Berry said, according to The New York Post. "I was thinking about what I should do. Eventually I stayed there and I swayed, I put my shirt over my head. It was real disrespectful." Berry claimed she was told that the anthem would be played before she took the podium. They said they were going to play it before we walked out, then they played it when we were out there … But I don't really want to talk about the anthem because that's not important. The anthem doesn't speak for me. It never has." "My purpose and my mission is bigger than sports," she continued. "I'm here to represent those ... who died due to systemic racism. That's the important part. That's why I'm going. That's why I'm here toda A spokesperson for USA Track and Field disputed Berry’s claim that it was a set up. Berry was previously sanctioned by the U.S. Olympic committee after raising her fist during the national anthem at the 2019 Pan-Am Games. The Kramer Show · Should Gwen Berry continue or step down?
