(WJHG/WECP) - The Panama City Police Department needs your help finding a missing endangered adult. They say Kenneth Hart, 62, was last seen at 521 E. Beach Drive Tuesday. Hart is described as 6 foot 1 inch, 175 pounds, and has short brown hair. If you see Hart, call the Panama City Police Department at 850-872-3100.
