Another Contractor Arrested for Operating Without a License in Bay County

 Another man has been arrested for allegedly contracting without a license.

According to the the Bay County Sheriff's Office, after receiving a complaint about the suspect, the task force contacted an undercover operation which Jerry Bradshaw approached them about mold removal. Bradshaw had no license to perform the work required by the State of Florida. Bradshaw is a convicted felon.

Bradshaw was arrested and charged with Contracting Without a License During a State of Emergency, Contracting as an Electrical Engineer Without a License During a State of Emergency, Offering to Perform Mold Remediation Without a License, Performing Mold Remediation Without a License, and Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.

CUFF is comprised of members of the Bay County Sheriff's Office, the State Attorney's Office, 14th Judicial Circuit, The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, the Panama City Police Department, and the Lynn Haven Police Department.
