Press Secretary: President Trump Is Stating Facts, Not Mocking Christine Blasey Ford

The White House is defending the presidents recent comments questioning the credibility of Brett Kavanaugh’s initial accuser The White House is defending the presidents recent comments questioning the credibility of Brett Kavanaugh’s initial accuser Christine Blasey Ford.

During Wednesday’s press briefing, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders refuted mainstream media claims that insinuated the president was mocking Ford at a rally Tuesday.

She said he was only stating facts and repeating the same exact words from Ford’s Senate testimony.

“Every single word Judge Kavanaugh has said has been picked apart. Every single word, second by second of his testimony has been picked apart. Yet if anybody says anything about the accusations that have been thrown against him, that’s totally off limits and outrageous. This entire process has been a disgrace and the only reason that it’s been that way is because Senate Democrats didn’t do this the way that it should have been done, and they circumvented in the entire system and, frankly, they’ve undermined in our entire judicial branch by the way that they’ve acted in the inappropriateness of which they’ve conducted themselves.” — Press Secretary Sarah Sanders

Sanders added, Democrats want to hold the Supreme Court seat open until 2020.

She then slammed Senate liberals by saying they are quick to call Kavanaugh guilty without due process or the presumption of innocence, which is a guaranteed right of every American.
