Guest Dwight C Posted September 28, 2018 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Floribama Star Gets Probation in Battery Case Panama City, Fla. - One of the stars of the MTV Reality Show Floribama Shore will serve six months of probation and was ordered to pay $4,357 in restitution. Aimee Hall will also either have to pay another $400 in court costs and fines or serve 35 hours of community service. Hall received the sentence after pleading no contest in the case. The plea agreement also orders Hall to have no contact with the victim. Hall was charged with battery after she allegedly struck Melissa Bensinger during an altercation at Ms. Newby's in Panama City Beach. A civil lawsuit stemming from the incident is ongoing.
