Guest Dwight C Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 It's Finally Opening Panama City, Fla. - The Skywheel at Pier Park will open this Friday at 5 p.m., officials said in a news release. Construction for the attraction was hard to miss as the monumental wheel began to tower over the outdoor shopping venue. Gondolas for the Skywheel are climate controlled and offer views of Panama City Beach for miles. Officials say it will be open both day and night.
