  4. Woman dies from dog attack in southern Chicago CHICAGO (AP) - A 57-year-old woman has Saturday after a dog mauled her on the city's far south side. The Chicago Tribune reports that a police officer shot and killed the dog Saturday when it charged responding officers. Authorities say the woman was attacked by a dog described as a pit bull about 2:30 p.m. She was bitten on the neck and throughout the body. She was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center where she was pronounced dead. Her name was not released. Police say the owner of the dog is unknown.
  5. PANAMA CITY BEACH — A Bay County man has been arrested after a case of road rage led to him allegedly flashing a pistol at a motorcyclist, according to official reports. Keith Robert Muller, 62, appeared in court Tuesday in connection with the incident. He was arrested after a motorcyclist reported at about 10:15 a.m. Monday that a driver on Back Beach Road near Pier Park had pointed a 9mm Glock at him while making verbal threats.
